Kayla is a lifelong Delawarean who started her undergraduate degree at University of Delaware in 2019 and graduated with a BA in Public Policy in May of 2023. While in college, Kayla grew in her love for the outdoors and caring for people. InterVarsity’s mission to grow in love for God, God’s Word, and God’s people drew Kayla to apply to become campus staff her senior year, and she is thrilled to be serving Delaware Technical Community College and as well as UD.

 

Kayla met her husband, Sean, on a backpacking trip that he was leading for first year students at UD, they started dating while co-leading an InterVarsity small group together. They now live in Newark together. Kayla and Sean are members of Sycamore Hill Church in Hockessin.
